I’m back with a new post! Today I’ve decided to do a post on my top 5 polishes from the month of April!
1. Sally Hansen Insta-dri
I’ve seen that these Sally Hansen polishes are quite popular in the US but I’ve been unable to find them here in the UK until now. I finally found a few random colours of this polish in Poundland for a price of, you guessed it, one pound each! I got quite excited and bought two different shades – Peachy Breeze (a peach coral) and Racey Rouge ( a dark pinky red). I love these colours and they are perfect for adding a little brightness to your nails in spring. I used both colours and a new nail art technique to create some nails at the beginning of the month which I will be posting soon!
2. Barry M magnetic polish
Magnetic polish isn’t so popular now but, I still love it! My favourite magnetic polish last month was Magnetic Blue by Barry M because it reminds me of denim and matches denim material perfectly. I also have the star effect magnet and some Avon magnet wands which I still have to review but I love using the striped magnet!
3. Seche Vite top coat
When I posted my battle of the top coats review of this polish, I wasn’t that impressed and didn’t see what all the fuss was about with this polish. My opinion has changed and it’s fair to say that this is now my favourite top coat! It dries very quickly! I always managed to smudge my nail designs in the past which is pretty annoying after spending hours on nail art. Seche Vite solves this problem and my designs are sealed with an amazing gloss finish!
4. Nails inc. April Diary Polish
I’ve been using this bright coral polish a lot recently. It’s one of my favourite colours by nails inc. You can read my recent review here.
Sloane Avenue
5. Love & Peace & OPI
I created a post on this polish in my Countdown to Christmas series. I received this amazing polish (from my even more amazing best friend, Zara 😉 so thank you!) in December and I’ve used it quite a few times now. It’s an eggplant holographic polish which is great for sunny days because the polish seems like it changes colour depending on the light and the angle that you look at your nails.
That’s it for my top five polishes of last month! I hope you enjoyed reading this post as it’s something a bit different! Let me know, as always, if you have any suggestions or designs that you would like to see! Thanks for reading 😀
